Research groups

The different members of the institute form research groups, some of them with institutional recognition. Specifically, the Junta de Castilla y León, according to order EDU/1006/2014, regulates the recognition as a Consolidated Research Unit (UIC) and the University of Valladolid, which establishes the procedure (approved by the Government Council on September 28, 2009) for classification as a Recognized Research Group (GIR). Currently the institute has representation from three UICs and five GIRs, as indicated below. Other thematic groups formed by ITAP members are also indicated.
